StoryMic Teleprompter

Camera That Follows Your Voice

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Look at the lens, not the script. StoryMic listens as you speak and keeps your words in step, right on your device. Made for creators, interviews and iPhone Duo. Look at the lens, not the script. StoryMic is a teleprompter and camera for iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo that listens while you speak and moves your script with you. Speed up, slow down, pause or ad-lib, and it finds your place. Nobody scrolls and nobody taps. TWO WAYS TO RECORD • Creator: read a script to camera, talk from bullet points, or go Off Script with no script at all. • Interview: your questions appear one at a time, with a timer for each answer. BUILT FOR THE SHOT • Both Cameras: film the front and back cameras at once, in a corner window or split screen. • iPhone Duo: film with the rear cameras and read your script on the back screen, over your own face. • Control a take from a second iPhone or iPad on the same Wi-Fi. • Mirrored text for a hardware teleprompter; text size, speed and reading line you can set. • Paste, import or scan a script, or Write with AI on devices with Apple Intelligence, right on your device. FINISH IN THE APP • Trim the start and end of a take. • Clean Cut removes long pauses. • Fix a Line lets you re-record one line without redoing the take. • Add captions, then save to Photos or share. • Every edit can be undone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Speech recognition runs on your device. • No account and no login. No ads, no analytics, no tracking. • Your scripts and projects sync through your own iCloud. We never see them. STORYMIC PRO The free plan includes three scripts of your own, takes up to three minutes and five edits a month. Pro removes these limits. • Yearly: $49.99 with a 7-day free trial • Monthly: $7.99 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged at confirmation of purchase and within 24 hours before each renewal. Manage or cancel in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
