Three tasks. Every day. More done.
ThreeDone is the to-do list for anyone who is tired of endless lists. Every day you pick the three tasks that really matter. Finish all three and you've had a perfect day.
You're up and running in a minute: no account, no projects, no complicated settings. Open the app, type or speak your three tasks and get going.
WHY THREE?
Research on the "planning fallacy" shows that we consistently plan too much and underestimate how long things take. A short list you choose in advance forces you to prioritize, is achievable, and gives you a real sense of progress every day.
HOW IT WORKS
• Today – Your three tasks on one calm screen. Check them off and watch your progress grow.
• Perfect day – Three tasks done? That's a perfect day. Still got energy? You can add up to ten, but three is enough.
• Voice input – Speak a task, note or subtask instead of typing it.
• Agenda – Plan tasks ahead for tomorrow or next week.
• Streaks and badges – Build a streak of perfect days and earn badges, from your first perfect day to a perfect week.
• Stats – See how many tasks you finish and how long your streak is.
ALSO HANDY
• Subtasks – Break a task into up to three small steps.
• Add a note, start time and duration to any task.
• A daily reminder for your three tasks.
• Sound and haptics when you check off a task.
• Seven color themes.
• Available in English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
PRIVACY FIRST
No account, no ads, no tracking. All your tasks stay on your own phone.
