Choose what matters to you, then answer four simple questions each day. Start with Everyday balance or a theme such as movement, mindfulness, rest, spirituality or healthy eating. Three honest answers keep it simple: Not today, A little, or Yes, I did. Tap any answer, swipe left for Not today, or swipe right for Yes, I did. Every answer counts toward completing your check-in. YOUR DAILY RITUAL - Check in offline, without creating an account. - Finish on a quiet Checked in home screen. - Revisit or change today's answers, then tap Done whenever you are ready. - See your last seven days in Your rhythm. - Choose Calm, Slate or Ember to make Leo feel like you. - Set an optional daily reminder at a time you choose. - Use your device's font-size setting to enlarge the text. - Export all retained check-ins or delete your local Leo data. PRIVATE, SIMPLE, YOURS No account or subscription is required. Your check-ins are saved on this device. There is no cloud backup or cross-device sync; removing the app or its storage can remove your check-ins. Export a copy if you want to keep one elsewhere. Reminders are optional. Device settings can delay or suppress notifications. Available in English.
