CramJam: AI Lecture Notes
AI lecture notes & flashcards
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Record your lecture — notes, flashcards & quizzes are ready when class ends. Transcription is free & on-device. Review is free forever. Pro adds unlimited deep notes.
Press record in class. Walk out. Your notes and flashcards are already done.
CramJam turns any lecture into structured notes, flashcards, and quizzes — then uses spaced repetition to make sure it actually sticks before the exam.
WHY STUDENTS PICK CRAMJAM
• Record unlimited lectures — recording survives lock screen and background, with live captions as your professor speaks
• Free on-device transcription — your audio never leaves your phone. No account, no API key, works offline
• Tap any note line to jump back to the professor's exact words — per-word timestamps build the trust loop
• Glossary repair — add your course's key terms once, and CramJam fixes mis-heard terminology against your whitelist instead of rewriting freely
BUILT FOR REAL SEMESTERS
• Semester-first organization: courses → weeks → lectures, auto-sorted by date
• Auto post-class output: outline notes (3+ headings), up to 20 flashcards, and a 5-question quiz with explanations — generated ~30 seconds after you stop recording
• FSRS-6 spaced repetition: swipe Again/Hard/Good/Easy; the algorithm schedules each card at the perfect moment
• Streak grid: a GitHub-style year view of your review days keeps momentum visible
• Cram Mode: set your exam date and get a day-by-day countdown plan weighted toward your weakest cards, plus a 48-hour sprint pack before the test
MORE PRO-LEVEL TOOLS
• Import PDF or photo slides — CramJam reads them with vision AI and merges bullet notes into the lecture
• Bilingual notes — read the summary in your mother tongue while keeping the original
• Export to PDF, Markdown, or Anki-compatible CSV
• Home Screen widget shows today's due-card count
TRANSPARENT PRICING — REVIEW IS FREE FOREVER
• Free forever: unlimited recording, live captions, on-device transcription, timestamp jump-back, flashcard review with FSRS-6 scheduling, streaks, courses, and widget
• Pro Monthly ($4.99): unlimited deep cloud notes + 300 credits/month
• Pro Annual ($29.99, 7-day free trial): everything in Pro + 400 credits monthly — best value, less than $2.50/month
• Lifetime ($59.99): on-device Pro forever + unlimited cloud with your own API key
• Credits Pack 300 ($2.99): 300 cloud generations, no expiry — perfect between exam seasons
Every generation shows exactly what it costs: "On-device — free" or "Cloud N credits". No hidden meters, no deceptive paywalls. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
PRIVACY FIRST
Audio and transcripts stay on your device. Cloud enhancement only sends text — never audio — and only when you trigger it. AI may make mistakes: tap any line to verify against the recording. Always check your course policy and local consent requirements before recording.
Download CramJam before your next lecture. Your future self, cramming efficiently, says thanks.
