LazyCam: Film Camera Simulator

Shoot. Wait. Develop.

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Shoot through the viewfinder. No instant previews. Send your roll to the darkroom, wait for development, and reveal your photos later. LazyCam is a film camera that asks you to slow down. Look through the viewfinder, press the shutter, and finish an entire roll. Until the roll is complete, your photos stay hidden. No instant previews, no checking every frame, and no second-guessing the moment. When the roll is finished, send it to the darkroom, choose a paper style, and wait for development. After a few hours, your photos will unlock and reveal what you captured. Every film has its own colors, grain, aspect ratio, and character. Choose from natural color, muted color, high-speed black and white, or retro-inspired styles, then experience each roll as its own small photographic story. With LazyCam, you can: Shoot through a film-inspired viewfinder Complete rolls with a fixed number of frames Keep photos hidden while shooting Choose films with different colors, grain, and formats Send finished rolls to the darkroom Select a paper style for your photos Wait for development before browsing and saving your images This is not a camera designed for instant results. Capture the moment, let it go, and come back later to see what the roll has kept for you.
