The network is scrambled. Turn the cable tiles until every computer is connected to the server in the middle — with no loose ends.
Netwalk Zone is the classic rotation puzzle, rebuilt for a phone: tap a tile to turn it, long-press to lock the ones you are sure of, and watch the network light up as it comes back online.
