Sign up and send your request on one screen. • Creators sign up first, then fill in the creator application. • My › Account › 'My tickets & items' shows all your tickets at a glance. • Creators can choose 'Noise reduction' when starting HEERTI Radio. • HEERTI Radio reconnects on its own if the connection drops.

HEERTI Radio • A creator's live now keeps going even when they leave the app. • When a live ends, a replay appears in the chat room — play it right there, like a voice message.

Voice live is now called HEERTI Radio. Fixes • Fixed the live bar in chat rooms not showing the "Listen" button, so you couldn't listen to a live.

Creators can now go live with their voice. • Voice live: when a creator goes live in a chat room, tap "Listen" on the live bar. It keeps playing even when you leave the app. Creators start from "Voice live" at the top of their chat. • Replays: lives a creator chose to keep can be replayed or saved for 7 days from "Past lives" at the top of Photos & videos. • Send files: choose "File" from the attachment menu in a chat room to send documents and many other file types. Up to 100MB; recipients can download them for 3 days. Photos, videos and audio you pick are sent in their own form. • Start without an invite code: new users can sign up with just their email. To join a creator's room, request with an invite code as before. • Save letter photos: if a letter has a photo, save it to your photo library with the button at the top of the letter. • Save voice messages: press and hold a voice message and choose "Save to Files". • Sort the chat list by latest message, name, or oldest message. • Copy messages: press and hold a message and choose "Copy". • Profile photo: after picking a photo, drag it and pinch or zoom to choose the part shown in the circle. • Using the web and the app together: a chat room you're viewing on one device won't ring on your other devices, and notifications for a room you've opened are cleared on your other devices. • Listen before sending: while recording, tap ■ to listen, then send or discard it. When a recording reaches 60 seconds, it stops so you can listen instead of sending right away. Creators can listen to the attached recording. • Tap to reply: tap a message in a chat room to reply right away. Tapping a creator's reply takes you to the original message. • Notification sound: in Me › Notification sound, you can use an audio file on your phone as this device's notification sound. Only the first 3 seconds play. • If there's no profile photo, the first letter of the name is shown. • Nicknames can now be just one character. • Sending-to-all notice (for creators): if you go back to everyone after replying to one member, "Sending to everyone" appears above the message box. Fixes • Fixed chat room alerts not reaching your phone while that room was left open on a PC browser you weren't using. • Fixed notifications for a chat room arriving while you were in that room. • Fixed the message box cursor disappearing when you tapped a heart. • After canceling a join request, you can request again with the same invite code. • Fixed the last message being hidden when the keyboard opened or closed in a chat room. • Before downloading a language file for translation, we now tell you its size and ask first. • Removed the progress bar that flickered at the top every time you sent a message.

Staying logged in is now more reliable. • Invite code expiry alerts (for creators): we'll let you know when an invite code you made expires. Codes that expire overnight are announced in the morning. Tap the alert to open the invite codes in Manage room. Fixes • Fixed an issue where reopening the app sometimes logged you out on all devices. • If your login info on the device can't be read for a moment, the app now tries again instead of logging you out. • Fixed being logged out while offline because of a PIN changed on another device.

Turning on Face ID or Touch ID is now easier. • Unlock with Face ID or Touch ID: after you set or enter your PIN, we'll ask right away whether to unlock with Face ID or Touch ID from now on. You can change this anytime in Me › PIN. • Show earlier messages to new members (for creators): under 'New members' in Chat room settings, choose whether newly joined members can see the messages you sent to everyone in the 30 days before they joined. It's on by default. • You can now apply as a creator from the screen where you enter an invite code. • {nickname} tip (for creators): when you close it, choose "Don't show again" or "Close". Fixes • Fixed the chat not scrolling all the way down when a new message arrives. • Fixed Korean messages sometimes being detected as Chinese and translated.

Private-message-only notifications and jump-to-original replies are here. • Private messages only: turn it on under 'Room notifications' in Chat room settings to be notified only of messages the Creator sent just to you (including personal replies). By default, you're notified of all messages. • Tap a reply to jump to the original: tap the Creator's reply to go to the message it replied to. You can turn this off in Me › Display. • Share photo albums (for creators): share a member's multi-photo album with everyone anonymously, kept as one album. The sender stays anonymous. • Home billboard: each time you open Home, the next billboard image is shown. Fixes • Fixed billboard images appearing broken after the app was left open for a long time.

Chat rules and handle invite links are here. • Chat rules: creators can write rules for their room in Chat room settings and choose when to show them again (only on first entry, some days after a member's last chat, or every few days). Members see the rules when they first enter the room and can view them anytime in Chat room settings. Rules can be translated on your device, too. • Handle invite link (for creators): in Manage room › Invite codes, create an invite link with your handle. It has no limit on people or time within your room capacity, and you still approve everyone who joins. Changes • If you deleted your account and then restored it, you can reuse the invite code you first joined with, as long as it has uses left.

A billboard calendar and private memos on member profiles. • Billboard calendar: when you request a billboard, the calendar shows how many billboards are up on each day. Pick a date to see how many others share the screen each day during your ticket. • Member profiles (for creators): tap a member in a chat or in your member list to see their profile, and add or edit a private memo right there. Fixes • Fixed the bottom of the screen briefly turning white when opening a profile. • Fixed profile photos showing up small in a corner. They now fill the screen. • Fixed the creator chat title getting cut off in some languages.

HEERTI now speaks English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and Japanese. It follows your phone's language, and you can change it under Me › Language. • Translation: touch and hold a message and choose Translate to read it in your language. Turn on Auto-translate under Me › Language to translate messages as they arrive (iOS 18 or later, translated on your device). • Notices are translated too, shown below the original. • Profiles: tap the creator's name in a chat room to see their profile photo up close. Check the day you joined under Chat room settings › My info. • GIFs and videos now appear in Photos & videos. • A short guide shows you around the first time you open the app. See it again under Me › How to use.
