ATCHOUM! (That's French for "achoo!") Tito has caught a monster cold, and Dr Pikpik, a zany but kind-hearted doctor, is chasing him everywhere with Bébert, his giant syringe! Every sneeze sends a bunch of silly Cocos flying out of Tito's nose in bubbles. Pop them with your fingertip to keep the doctor at bay!
