With the "RecallRun Medicine" subscription you get unlimited cases in all medical modes, all 100 emergency cases, all 10 pharmacology topics, the full heart sound library and no ads: €5.99 per month, €24.99 per semester (6 months) or €39.99 per year, semester and year with a 3-day free trial. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. The emergency case pack is also available as a one-time purchase; "Ad-free", gems and card sets remain optional.

• Emergency mode: every action now has an effect – a shock with a pulse triggers VF, adrenaline without cardiac arrest causes a hypertensive crisis, drugs that are not indicated change the vital signs.
• 14 more X-ray and CT images to interpret yourself (e.g. subdural haematoma, pneumothorax, appendicitis, aortic aneurysm).
• Expert review of all medical modes: blood gas, lab report, ECG, monitor alarm, heart sounds, emergency and drug table.
• Heart sounds: physiological splitting of S2 now in level 1 of the learning path.
