Vademecum Veterinario is a reference app for the veterinary medicines authorised in Spain, for small-animal, farm and equine vets, veterinary nurses and students. Look up the technical sheet (SPC), package leaflet and indications by species, and calculate doses by weight in seconds, even offline. The app and its catalogue are in Spanish.
Over 3,700 medicines for dogs, cats, cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, horses, poultry, rabbits and other species, updated daily with public data from CIMAVet (AEMPS, the Spanish medicines agency).
WHAT'S INCLUDED
• Search by name, active substance, national code or registration number
• Filter by species: official groups or exact categories
• The whole catalogue works offline, at the clinic or on the farm
• Link to the official record of each medicine
• Full record: composition, indications by species, contraindications, adverse reactions and withdrawal periods (meat, milk, eggs)
• Technical sheets and package leaflets as PDF, with search and bookmarks, saved for offline reading
• Search by indication: mastitis, otitis, diarrhoea, pain… with species filter
• 18 veterinary calculators with examples: dose by weight, dose to volume, fluid therapy, constant rate infusion (CRI), drip rate, dilution, energy and ration, urine output and unit conversions
• Complete ATCvet tree: antibiotics, antiparasitics, anti-inflammatories, vaccines and other therapeutic groups
• Advanced filters, comparison of two medicines, favourites with change alerts, history and personal notes
SUBSCRIPTION
To use the app you need Vademecum Vet Pro, an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial with full access. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase (or when the trial ends), and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage and cancel it in your App Store account settings. If the subscription expires, your saved data is kept.
No sign-up and no ads. Your favourites, notes and history are stored only on your device.
