There is one control: drag left or right to move the forge. Send bronze golems left through gates to grow your army and advance the front line, or right to break jars and strengthen the forge for later. You cannot do both at once.
That choice is the whole battle, every moment.
■ Call the gods
Zeus's Thunder. Boreas's North Wind. Sekhmet's Plague. Twenty-one gods out of Greece, Egypt, Mesopotamia, the Hittites and Canaan, each turning the road their own way. Every god speaks in their own voice.
■ 1,800 islands
From the shore of Troy to Ithaca, across eighteen seas. Every island has a different road and a different weight, and rough seas are marked before you go in.
■ Push, and time pulls in
Drive the enemy to the far edge and hold them there, and the next wave comes sooner. A well-played battle is a short one.
■ Ads are a choice
No ad ever blocks the game. Make an offering only when you want to call more gods — every island can be cleared without it. We do not ask for personalised ads.
■ Change your phone
Your progress is copied to iCloud. Delete the app, install it again, and it comes back.

When all seems lost, a god you never called comes down.
If the enemy has pushed three quarters of the way down the road and not one of your gods can answer, "Ask for a miracle" appears. A god you did not bring breaks in and fights on the spot.

· Throw troops at a closed gate often enough and it cracks. Stone does not survive five
· Golems now fan out as they join the front line, instead of snapping into formation
· Bosses and jars now only take damage once your golems actually reach them
