Your nutritionist's meal plan

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Your nutritionist's plan meal by meal, with groups and alternatives, the next meal on your Lock Screen, groceries, pantry, water, weight and workouts. Free, no account. Your nutritionist gave you a meal plan. NutriRoutine puts it in front of you, meal by meal, at the right time, and helps you organize what goes with it: groceries, pantry, water, weight, workouts. YOUR NEXT MEAL, ALWAYS IN VIEW Today shows your next meal with foods, quantities and a countdown. With the Live Activity you see it on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and mark it "Eaten" without opening the app. Tapped by mistake? Undo with one tap. ENTER YOUR PLAN ONCE One day at a time, with your meals and times, bedtime snack included if your plan has one. Nearly two thousand foods: type the grams or count servings ("4 rusks", "2 eggs", "1 can"), milk and drinks in millilitres, raw or cooked weights. Group foods the way your nutritionist wrote them ("Main course": pasta, tomato, parmesan, with a reference total) and add alternatives ("chicken or cod"). Copy from yesterday or to all days. A food is missing? Add it yourself, even with its label values. Previous plans stay in the archive and can be exported and imported as files. To change a plan you edit a copy: Save applies, Discard changes leaves it as it was. TODAY'S CHOICE When a food has alternatives, pick today's one with a tap in Today or in the meal detail: totals, nutrition values and groceries follow your choice, for that day only. SWAP, SWITCH Your nutritionist's substitution rules only suggest the allowed alternatives: swap the whole meal or a single ingredient, for that day. Need to switch Friday and Saturday? Swap two days of the current week, with times and reminders. INDICATIVE VALUES, NOT TARGETS Calories, protein, carbs and fat for each meal and the day, from the Italian CREA 2019 tables and USDA FoodData Central, with sources shown. Estimates, not targets. GROCERIES AND PANTRY Prepare your shopping for tomorrow, three days or the week: check off what you have, confirm, and the rest goes on the list with day and meal. Cans and jars go in as packages, with grams. Read it by day or by aisle and share it; entries for past meals leave on their own. The pantry works like a stock: checking off a purchase adds the package (one tap to correct it), eaten meals subtract. BARCODE AND "YOUR BRAND" Scan a product: the app looks up only that barcode on Open Food Facts and shows name, brand and label values. Use it as "your brand" instead of the generic food, and totals use its values. Not there? Enter the label by hand and, if you like, share it with Open Food Facts: your choice, product by product. WATER Your goal, glass size and time window, with reminders that adapt to what you've already drunk. WEIGHT AND CHECK-UPS Starting and current weight, a chart, your check-ups with the nutritionist and a reminder the day before. WORKOUTS Your trainer's plan: exercises by reps or time, sets and rests, also as a circuit. While training: a big timer, "Get ready" with a 3-2-1, beeps in the last seconds of rest, start and end sounds (never on silent), "Next: …", a nudge to drink and a Live Activity. Supplements prescribed by your nutritionist live in the plan, with reminders before, after or at a set time. WIDGETS, NOTIFICATIONS, SIRI Home and Lock Screen widgets, meal reminders with quick actions, Siri and Shortcuts. On iPhone and iPad. HOW IT WORKS A short guide with screenshots of the app, at first launch and under You. PRIVATE No account, no ads, no analytics. Your data stays on your device and, with iCloud sync (off whenever you want), in your private iCloud to use it on iPad too. Full backup to a file. IMPORTANT NutriRoutine does not create diets or give advice: it helps you follow the plan you received from a licensed professional and does not replace a doctor or nutritionist. For healthy adults. Nutrition values are indicative.

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

NutriRoutine has just launched and this is already its first big update: everything that came after 1.0, all at once. MEAL PLAN • Food groups the way your nutritionist writes them ("Main course": pasta, tomato, parmesan) with a reference total. • Alternatives ("chicken or cod or eggs"): pick today's one in Today or in the meal detail; totals and groceries follow your choice. • Bedtime snack, if your plan has one. • Faster entry: type the amount or count servings ("4 rusks", "2 eggs", "1 can"), milk and drinks in millilitres, "Copy to all days". GROCERIES AND PANTRY • Packages: cans and jars go on the list as packages, with grams; checking one off adds the whole package, "Change…" to correct it. • Entries for past meals leave on their own; a food already on the list shows as "on the list". WORKOUTS • "Get ready" with a 3-2-1, beeps in the last seconds of rest, start and end sounds (never on silent), "Next: …" and a bigger timer. • Supplements in the plan, with reminders before, after or at a set time. AND MORE • Faster tab switching, updated guide, a welcome screen with the real Live Activity, lots of polish.
