Check in and out from your phone at the branch, and photograph your daily tasks so your manager sees them right away.
The employee app for businesses on HubStation. Employees sign in with the same email and password they use in HubStation, check in and out, complete the branch's daily tasks, and send leave and advance requests.
Check in and out
• One tap at the branch; your location is detected automatically
• A selfie at check-in when the business owner turns it on
• Times come from the server, so changing the phone clock has no effect
• Your shift for today and the time you have worked, on the home screen
Daily tasks
• The branch's tasks for today, each with its due time
• Photograph the finished work with the in-app camera
• If your manager rejects a task, you see the reason and redo it
• Tasks assigned to you personally carry an "Assigned to you" tag
• Tick-only tasks need no photo: tap "Mark as done"
Announcements
• Your manager's announcements for your branch in one place, with a notification for each new one
Attendance history
• Days present, late arrivals and hours worked for each month
My Requests
• Request leave, follow its status and your annual balance, and withdraw a pending request
• Request a salary advance, in full from the next salary or in installments, and follow your advances
• Your payslips: gross, deductions and net
• Your job details and the items in your custody
Approvals for managers and owners
• Approve or reject leave and advance requests from your phone
• Attendance for today or any earlier day: who is in, late or absent
• Tasks for today or any earlier day for each branch, with photo review
• Announcements: post to the staff of your branches and see who has read them
Notifications
• Get the decision on your leave or advance request as soon as it is made, and when an advance is paid
• An alert when a task is rejected so you can redo it
• A reminder when your shift has started and you have not checked in, or has ended and you forgot to check out
• A task assigned to you or a new task for your branch, and a reminder before it is due
• For managers and owners: every new leave or advance request, overdue tasks, late or absent staff, and a summary of yesterday each morning
• An in-app Notifications list keeps what you received for 30 days
Available in Arabic, English and Urdu.
Accounts are created by the business owner in the HubStation dashboard; attendance and tasks appear when the business turns them on. Your location is read only at the moment you check in, check out or photograph a task; the app does not track you in the background.
