CARRM is the mobile companion of the CARRM CRM, built for car dealerships. Your sales team answers customers on WhatsApp, follows every lead through the sales funnel and checks the vehicle inventory from anywhere.
What you can do:
• Attendance: see all conversations by channel, take over unassigned leads, reply with text, photos, audio and documents, use quick replies and leave private internal notes.
• Sales funnel: follow each deal from new lead to sold, with the vehicle, owner and history in one place.
• Inventory: browse the dealership's vehicles, see price, mileage and photos, and send a vehicle sheet or photos straight to the customer.
• Dashboard: for owners and managers, a quick view of leads, unanswered conversations and team activity.
• Notifications: choose, per device, which alerts you want (new message, lead assigned, mentions) and set Do Not Disturb hours.
• Multiple stores: switch between the stores you belong to without logging in again.
