Top Lead Recovery helps home-service businesses review their own historical leads, plan follow-up and track recorded outcomes. The Tools guide explains what each tool does and where it runs. ACCOUNT ACCESS Create an account or sign in from Home, Settings or the Account tab. New accounts require email confirmation. Forgot password sends a recovery link. Local Lead Review, Readiness Checklist and Recovery Calculator remain available without an account. TOOLS IN THE APP • Lead Review: Import a CRM or spreadsheet export, review mapping and duplicates, and inspect fixed scoring rules. Scores are not AI predictions or a customer's likelihood of buying. • Readiness Checklist: Record checks for ownership, opt-outs, sources and human approval. Completion does not certify compliance or activate sending. • Recovery Calculator: Calculate a scenario from your assumptions. It is arithmetic, not an AI forecast or guaranteed revenue. • Email Follow-up: Edit templated messages and request a server-checked preview. Sending requires an authorized account, verified sender, recipient checks and approval of the exact audience and message. • Customer Reply Inbox: Review original replies and rules-based suggested categories, then decide the next step yourself. • Results Tracker: Record replies, appointments and won-job values. Recorded job value is separate from invoices and collected payments. CONNECTED WEB WORKSPACE Appointment Booking, AI Receptionist, Quote Follow-up, Quote Drafts, Review Requests, Tasks & Reminders and conditional AI Help run in a separate authenticated web workspace. Availability depends on the applicable plan, permissions, configuration and activation checks. AI Receptionist handles configured inbound calls. Quote Drafts use your team's prices and scope; they are not AI estimates. AI Help uses product guides and cannot access private records or take account actions. On eligible U.S. App Store storefronts, Account provides Plans & billing and Connections & setup links to the secure web workspace. The browser may require its own sign-in. Phone, SMS and integrations need separate configuration and testing before activation. DATA AND CONTROL Local imported records and review history stay on the device until you use a connected workflow. An email-preview request sends selected recipient and message details to the backend. Reset my local entries clears device-only data; server audit, delivery and suppression records are separate. Signed-in users can initiate account and associated personal-data deletion from Account. A private request reference, status and estimated completion date are shown. Requests are manually processed, normally within 30 days. Requesting deletion does not immediately cancel billing, erase a shared workspace or reset local entries. Required financial, security, consent and suppression evidence may be retained as described in the privacy policy. The native app does not send SMS or perform outbound AI calls.
