FOR FIRMS AND SERVICE CENTRES • Log RMAs in seconds: choose the customer, add products and serial numbers (scan a barcode or read the label with the camera) and generate the RMA slip. • Follow every item through its own status: in for service, at the service centre, under repair, ready for pickup, delivered. • Record payments, see what is still due, and export requests to Excel. • Send and receive shipments to authorised service centres with transport challans, courier details and receive tracking. • Manage stock and replacement units, including direct bills. • Run on-site visits: create tickets, assign engineers, track each visit, request parts and close jobs with a customer OTP. • Manage your team with role-based access for employees and engineers. • Get instant in-app alerts for every important update. FOR ENGINEERS • See your assigned jobs, check in with photos, check warranty, request parts and close jobs. Actions queue offline and sync when you are back online. FOR CUSTOMERS • Follow your repair live and see the status of every item you handed in. • Open your RMA slip and delivery challan PDFs. • Raise a pre-request and show its code at the service centre. • Sign in with a password or a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No ads and no tracking. • Delete your account any time from Profile. Business plans are arranged directly with SmartCare. Customers use the app free of charge.
