Sayglide: Voice Teleprompter
Captions & Video Prompter
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
The script follows your voice, waits when you stop and never runs ahead. Record with captions from your own words. Free to read; Pro only for what you publish.
Read to camera without losing your place. Sayglide listens as you speak and keeps the amber line on the words you are saying. Slow down, pause, skip a sentence, and the script comes with you instead of running ahead.
VOICE FOLLOW
• The script moves at your pace, not at a fixed speed
• Stop talking and it waits; go back and it comes back
• Works in 33 languages, entirely on your iPhone or iPad — nothing is uploaded
• Spoken commands: "pause", "next section", "faster"
• Tap a line to re-sync any time
RECORD IN THE APP
• Film yourself while the script scrolls beside the lens
• Captions of the lines you actually said, timed to your voice (Pro)
• Check and correct every caption before it goes into the video, and pick its size, position and background (Pro)
• Save to Photos with or without captions, or share them as an .srt file
MADE FOR READING
• Text from 24 to 120 pt — pinch to resize right on the stage
• Line spacing, margins, alignment, three stage themes
• Lexend and OpenDyslexic typefaces for easier reading
• Markers: [pause], [slow], [fast], and sections you can jump to
• Reading guide, progress bar, countdown, time remaining
RIGS AND REMOTES
• Mirror horizontally or vertically for beam-splitter glass — free
• Remote control from a second iPhone or iPad running Sayglide
• Bluetooth keyboards and page-turner clickers
SCRIPTS
• Write in the app or paste; import TXT, RTF and Markdown from Files
• Unlimited scripts
• Version history for every script
• No account. Your scripts and your voice stay on your devices; nothing is uploaded.
FREE AND PRO
Captions are part of Sayglide Pro: creating and checking them, saving a video with captions and sharing the .srt file. Everything else above is free, including voice follow, mirroring and recording. Pro also removes the small Sayglide mark from your recordings. Weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase; the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The App Store shows the price in your currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in Settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy.
