Everything for your shift in one app: today's jobs, GPS check-in, room checklists, photographs, timesheets and payslips.
NeuralClean Cleaner is the app for cleaning teams whose employer uses NeuralClean.
START THE DAY ON TODAY
Today's jobs in order, the floor plan and the way in to each block, and any note the school has left for the team.
CHECK IN AT THE DOOR
The app uses your phone's GPS to show how far you are from the site and checks you are inside its clock-in area, at check-in and again at check-out. Scan the site's QR label or NFC tag for a second proof.
WORK ROOM BY ROOM
Each room has its checklist from the cleaning specification, with required items marked, so everyone knows what done means.
PHOTOGRAPH AS FOUND AND AS LEFT
Take photographs in the job, room by room. The proof protects you as much as the school.
USE KIT SAFELY
Scan a machine's label to see its safety test, run the pre-use check and report a fault in a few taps.
WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL
In a basement or plant room with no signal, your work is kept on the phone and sent as soon as you are back online.
EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT WORK
Timesheets from your clock-ins, payslips, leave and sickness, training, documents, and messages and calls with your supervisor.
Location is used only while you are clocked in for a shift. Your employer creates your account.
