What’s that in Taiwanese Mandarin? Snap a photo for its meaning, natural pronunciation, examples, and phrases. Review with your photos. Don’t just look it up—remember it. You see something on the street and wonder what it's called. Looking it up means a dictionary, then the pronunciation, then an example sentence, then making a flashcard. So you don't. Or you do, and it's gone by the next time you see it. CatchWords turns that moment into a word you keep. Photograph the thing: you get the word people in Taiwan actually use, its reading, a natural voice and example sentences, and a sticker cut out of your own photo goes into your collection. ■ Snap it, and the word appears ・Take a photo and you get word suggestions for each thing in it ・Not among them? Look it up with "Type a different word" ■ Your photo becomes your own flashcard ・Each word has zhuyin or pinyin, the meaning, a natural Taiwanese Mandarin voice, example sentences and common phrases. Sentences can be played too ・Example sentences use the vocabulary and grammar of the TOCFL level you set ・The date and place are saved, and you can add a one-line note later ・Selfie mode puts you, or you and your friends, in the picture with the word ・Snap the same thing again and the word collects more photos ■ A collection you want to fill ・Words line up in a collection by category.
