Purpose and Target Audience ‘Meeting Cost Clock’ is a calculator for the duration and costs of meetings, aimed at business professionals, consultants, managers and teams. The app visualises the estimated costs of a meeting by calculating a running total based on the elapsed time and the hourly rates set for the participants. The app helps users understand the financial implications of meeting time. 2. Accessing and using the main features No account or login is required. No sample files are required. How to use the app: - Open ‘Meeting Cost Clock’. - Select the calculation mode. - Select a currency. - Add participants and select or edit their level and hourly rate. - Start the timer to view the running total. - Pause, stop or reset the timer as required. ‘Meeting Cost Clock’ estimates internal staff costs and the potential billable value based on the meeting duration and the selected team roles. Select a calculator, add participants and start the timer. • Two calculators: internal costs and revenue opportunities • Edit role names and hourly rates for each calculator separately • Adjust the length of the working day to calculate daily rates • Choose between EUR, USD, GBP or CHF • Pause, resume and reset the meeting timer Selecting a currency changes the displayed currency; no exchange rate conversion takes place. Your role and rate settings are saved on your device. No account is required to use the app. 3. External services The app does not use any external services to provide its core functionality. It has no backend, no login, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. Hourly rate settings are stored locally on the device using ‘UserDefaults’. The app does not transmit participant names, hourly rates, meeting durations or calculated totals to a server. 4. Regional Differences The app’s functionality is consistent across all supported countries and regions. Selecting a currency changes the currency in which amounts are displayed; real-time currency conversion is not offered. 5. Regulated sectors and third-party content The app does not operate in a highly regulated sector and does not contain any protected third-party content. 6. Accounts, user-generated content and paid features The app does not require account registration and does not contain any user-generated content.
