Fog is a worry tracker with one simple idea: write the worry down now, look at it again later, and see whether it actually happened. Most worry apps ask you to work through your anxiety. Fog asks you to set it aside for a while — and then shows you the evidence. HOW IT WORKS • Drop a worry. One line. Mark how heavy it feels if you want. • Choose when to look again — tomorrow, next week, next month. • Fog seals it away. You don't see it again until the day comes. • When it's time, Fog asks one question: Did this happen? Yes, Partially, or No. YOUR FOG SCORE Every answer updates one number: the share of your worries that never happened. Over time it becomes your own record, built from your own life, of how often the worry was wrong. QUIET BY DESIGN • No prompts, no streaks, no daily pressure. Open it when a worry shows up. • Reminders never show what you wrote — just "Time to revisit something." • Everything stays on your phone. No account, no servers, no tracking.
