Mayo Cardiometabolic Study is a research app designed for participants enrolled in a Mayo Clinic cardiometabolic research study.
Over the course of the study, participants use the app to complete scheduled study activities and questionnaires and to share health and activity data collected through their iPhone and Apple Watch, as applicable. Study activities include baseline, monthly follow-up, and end-of-study assessments.
Access to the study is provided by the Mayo Clinic research team. Enrolled participants receive a study-specific QR code to set up the app and connect it with their assigned study participant identifier.
