Contivo HRM is the iPhone app of the Contivo HRM human resources system (https://contivo-hrm.pl) for companies in Poland: working-time tracking in the field for employees and employers, plus HR matters on your phone. Available in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English. FREE TIME TRACKING Time tracking is free for employees and employers and needs no subscription. For employees: • START and STOP with one tap, timed by the server clock • questions instead of blocks – when something does not match, the app asks instead of refusing • works without signal: taps wait on the phone and are sent automatically • "My hours" and the monthly card • monthly confirmation for contractors and correction requests • NFC tags at work sites • push and SMS reminders about a missing STOP – reply to the SMS with "TAK" (yes) or a time such as "16:30" • "Team" tab for foremen (with PIN) For employers and HR: • Today, To review, Month • Links – QR code cards for employees • Sites, Schedules, Settings, Corrections • month closing with a SHA-256 checksum • PDF, CSV and XML exports, pattern report, access log SIGNING IN • Employees: phone number and a 6-digit SMS code, or the QR code from your time-tracking card (a QR card session gives access to time tracking only). • Employers and HR: the same e-mail or login and password as in the Contivo HRM web panel. Access is granted by the employer: employees can sign in only with the phone number saved in their Contivo HRM employee record; there is no public sign-up. Employees without the app keep using the web link or QR page. Location: the app never tracks your position in the background. A position can be recorded only at the moment of START or STOP, and only if your employer has enabled it after a workplace monitoring notice (Article 22² of the Polish Labour Code). It is off by default. OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS Additional HR features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased in the app via the App Store: Pracownik Plus (Employee Plus) – 19.90 PLN per month or 199.00 PLN per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Unlocks for the employee: payslips (PDF), contract and salary, leave balance and leave requests, personal details, documents to sign, HR notifications and Help Desk. Bound to the employee. Pracodawca Pro (Employer Pro) – 49.99 PLN per month or 499.00 PLN per year. Unlocks the full HR panel in the app: dashboard, employee records, leave approvals, payslips, documents (generate and send for signature), personnel files A/B/C/D, statistics, team (co-managers), company settings, notifications and Help Desk. Bound to the company – covers all HR users of that company. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After the free trial, the subscription automatically becomes paid unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). Prices may differ in other countries. Deleting your account in the app: More → Settings → Delete account. Accounts created in the app are deleted immediately; for accounts created in the web panel, the app sends a deletion request to your employer or administrator. Working-time records and employment documentation stay with the employer, as labour law requires.
