Fia 1.1 adds a guide to trying for a baby, a note for each week of pregnancy, birth control with a discreet reminder, and a backup file you keep. No account, no ads.
Fia guides your kegels and tracks your period, in one app. Pregnancy, the weeks after birth, perimenopause and menopause each change what it offers. It stays on your iPhone or iPad. No account, no ads.
PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES
• A 12-week journey from five minutes a day to fifteen, or 6 weeks in pregnancy, after birth and in menopause.
• A figure shows each lift, hold and let-go, with a timer and optional spoken cues.
• On a day you log cramps, pain or low energy, the session eases off, and Let go offers breathing with no squeezes.
• Before your first strength session, a one-time check says when to see a doctor.
• On Apple Watch, feel a tap to lift and a tap to let go.
YOUR CYCLE
• Check in with a few taps: mood, energy, sleep and how your body feels. Fia answers with what your own logs can show, looking back, and names a pattern only once it has held for four cycles.
• Your next period shows as a range of days, and Fia says which cycles it's based on.
• Pick your birth control method. Where it needs a reminder, the reminder never names it. On hormonal birth control, Fia shows bleed days only. The fertile window is an estimate, never birth control.
• Trying for a baby, for adults: a guide in Wisdom to what helps, when to test, getting ready and when to get help. Fia doesn't time ovulation.
• Your cycle record is free, with a summary for your doctor, as a PDF or CSV.
EVERY STAGE
• In pregnancy, a short note each week, with when to call your midwife or doctor. No forceful breathing or breath holds then, or for 12 weeks after birth.
• After birth, a check before running and jumping from three months, and what to look out for in your mood, with support lines for your region.
• In menopause, log bleeding in one tap, and Fia says to see a doctor. From perimenopause, log hot flashes and night sweats.
• Guidance cites NICE, Cochrane and other sources, all listed in the app.
FOOD AND YOUR PEOPLE
• 40 recipes for your phase or stage, each with a line on why it fits. Fia sells no supplements.
• Share a summary of your cycle with up to five people you invite, and ask for a heat pack or some space. It goes from your iCloud to theirs, never through us. Free for them, for adults on both phones.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no ads and no analytics. Sync to your own iCloud is off until you turn it on.
• Back up to a file locked with a passphrase only you know, to move Fia to a new device.
• Apple Health is off until you connect it. Saving your symptoms, bleeding and menopause stage there is a separate choice, as is saving your private log's days.
• A private log for adults opens only with Face ID or your passcode.
• App Lock, and Discreet Mode with plain words and an optional plain gray icon.
FREE AND FIA PLUS
Free: cycle tracking, check-ins and patterns, every life stage, birth control reminders, your cycle record and export, weeks 1 to 4, short sessions, four breathing exercises, recipes, the journal, sharing, backup, Discreet Mode and App Lock.
Fia Plus adds weeks 5 to 12, 10 of the 12 workouts, pranayama, the advanced and traditional programs, more routines you build, and your trends past this week, by phase on a natural cycle.
Fia is a wellness app, not a medical device or birth control. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk with a doctor or a pelvic floor physical therapist about symptoms.

I absolutely love this app! The interface is clean, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. It makes tracking periods and understanding your cycle so much easier, and the Kegel exercises are a great added feature. I really appreciate how convenient and thoughtfully designed everything is. Overall, a great app for women’s health and wellness. Definitely recommend giving it a try! 💗
Fia 1.1: check in, and Fia answers. Every stage gets something new, and each line says who it's for.
• After you check in, Fia answers. While you track a cycle, it says what your own logs can show, looking back. Often it's simply Saved.
• A note for each week. In pregnancy, Today has a short note each week: what's changing, what can help, and when to call your midwife or doctor.
• Your days, rather than phases. In perimenopause, on a natural cycle: cycles change so much that Fia now shows your days and when your next period may come, not phases. About perimenopause opens from Today.
• Bleeding after menopause, in one tap. In menopause, log bleeding or spotting from Today with one tap, and Fia says what to do next.
• Before running and jumping. After birth, a short check from 3 months on, and optional birth details so the warning signs fit your recovery.
• Support for how you feel. After birth, How you've been feeling is now a page to read: support lines first, then what to look out for and who can help. It replaces the questionnaire.
• Periods and birth control after a birth. After birth: when your periods may come back, and why you can get pregnant before the first one, in Wellness.
• An evening check-in, if you like. In every stage but menopause, turn it on in Settings, Reminders. Answer right from the notification, and it skips days you've already checked in. Where Fia asks about your period on the day it's due, touch and hold that note to answer Yes, today or Not yet.
• How you slept. The check-in now asks how you slept: restful, okay or broken. With Apple Health connected, last night shows beside it.
• Patterns, only when they hold. For adults on a natural cycle: when something you log keeps coming at the same point in your cycle, for four cycles or more, Your patterns says so.
• A look back at your last cycle. For adults on a natural cycle: a few days into your period, a short look back at the cycle that just ended. Not for you? One tap turns it off.
• Back up to a file. Move Fia to a new iPhone or iPad without iCloud: one file, locked with a passphrase only you know. Settings, Privacy.
• Your birth control, in Settings. While you track a cycle, pick your method in Settings, Birth control. Where it needs a reminder, the reminder never names it.
• Trying for a baby. For adults, a guide in Reflect, Wisdom: what helps, when to test, getting ready and when to get help, from the NHS, NICE and ACOG. Fia doesn't time ovulation.
• Cervical screening, without dread. For adults, outside pregnancy and the time after birth: what you can ask for at your test, and words to use, in Reflect, Wisdom.
• Check in from anywhere. Ask Siri to check in with Fia (iOS 26 and later), use the Action button, or answer on Apple Watch.
• Share what you're proud of. For adults: finish a week of practice or earn a badge, and Share turns it into a card you can send.
• A look back at your week. For adults: at the end of each week, a short look back at the days you practiced or logged.
• Your favorites, gathered. Heart a session or a recipe on its page, and it waits under Favorites in Train's library or in Recipes.
• New shortcuts. Tell Siri "My period started in Fia", "When's my period in Fia" or "I took my pill in Fia". In Spotlight and the Shortcuts app, they use plain names, like Day 1 and Taken.
If you use Fia on more than one device with iCloud sync on, update each one to 1.1. Until you do, an older version can undo some of what you change in 1.1.
Our privacy policy and terms of use are updated for 1.1.
