Add the bag, log the cup you brewed from it, and say how it tasted. Next time, everything you learned is right there. THE BAG • Keep every bag you buy: roaster, origin, process, varieties and the roaster's own tasting notes. • Add the roast date and Baristro shows where the bag is in its life: Resting, Peak, Good, Fading or Stale. • Add the bag size and every brew takes its dose off it, so you can see what's left at a glance. THE RECIPE • Save a way of brewing once: brewer, dose, water, time, temperature, grinder and grind. • Build a pour schedule step by step — bloom, pour, wait — and see it drawn to scale. • Give each recipe a color, so your favorites are easy to find. THE CUP • Log a brew on a single page. Pick the bag and the recipe, then nudge the dose, water or grind for this cup without changing the recipe. • Baristro remembers what you did last time with the same bag and recipe, and how it turned out. • Score the cup by sliding the orb, then name what you taste from Baristro's own flavor wheel. Add acidity, body, sweetness and aftertaste if you want to go further. YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS • No account and no sign-in. • No Baristro servers, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your journal lives on your iPhone. • Weather greetings come on once you let Baristro use your location, and you can turn them off any time in Settings. Baristro sends only a rough location (about 10 km) to Apple Weather. • Searching for a coffee shop uses Apple Maps. • Scan a Bag runs on your iPhone with no network. • Baristro saves a backup on your iPhone each day you use it, and Export makes a file whenever you want one. • Ask Siri "What is my latest brew in Baristro" or "What beans do I have in Baristro". BARISTRO PRO • Scan a Bag: point your camera at a coffee bag and the form fills itself in. The scan uses Apple Intelligence on your iPhone, so the photo never leaves it. Requires iOS 27 and an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence. • Unlimited bags: keep every bag open at once. Free holds two. • Every bag shape and color: pouches, jars, tins or boxes, in any color. • Recipe stamps and colors: a symbol and any color for each recipe. • Every app icon: copper, walnut or a flavor, on your Home Screen. • Home Screen widgets: what's left in your bags, how fresh they are, your last cup and your month of brewing. • Every new Pro feature, included. Baristro Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.
