Slow Jogging Mate pairs an adjustable metronome with optional video and audio, so you can find a comfortable rhythm for your slow jog. Start with the beat alone, or add something to watch or listen to. SET YOUR OWN RHYTHM Choose 150, 170, 180, or 200 BPM and set a timed session. Pro adds sessions up to 2 hours, plus media-matched and open-ended options. Pause, resume, or end your workout when you choose. WATCH OR LISTEN WHILE YOU JOG Add a YouTube link or a public Bilibili video link, import videos from Photos or Files, or add audio from Files. Bilibili playback uses its official player; regional, sign-in, or embedding restrictions may apply. Save items in your Library and arrange a playlist. During a workout, adjust metronome and media volume separately, and control media playback without changing your active workout time. CONNECT YOUR MEDIA With Pro, browse and stream supported video or audio files from a WebDAV server. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Review workouts and active time in a calendar. Earn XP, level up, follow your jogging streak, and set an optional daily reminder. Keep your streak in view with a Home Screen widget.
