Indexa replaces your fuel station's tally sheet. Attendants read the pump meters with the camera, and you get sales and cash on your phone every evening. Even without network.
How it works
1. The attendant taps their nozzle and aims at the meter: the reading is captured on its own.
2. At the end of the shift, they hand over the cash: notes, mobile money, customer vouchers.
3. Every evening, the manager gets the filling station's report on their phone.
For attendants
- The meter reads itself: the figure appears, the attendant confirms, the photo proves the reading.
- One PIN code per attendant on the station's shared tablet.
- Big buttons, big figures, readable in full sun.
- Numbered customer receipt, printed on a Bluetooth printer or sent by WhatsApp: no more receipt book.
- Tank returns and cash handover at the end of the shift: cash, mobile money (MTN MoMo, M-Pesa, OPay, Orange Money, Wave...), customer vouchers.
- No connection needed: everything is saved on the tablet and sent as soon as the network is back.
For the manager and the owner
- The day's report every evening by WhatsApp, SMS or email: litres of petrol and diesel sold, amount, cash gaps.
- Your petrol station live: shifts in progress, shifts to approve, anomalies detected automatically (reading that does not follow, meter back to zero, figure corrected after reading).
- Tally sheet in PDF and Excel, by day, week or month.
- Shortages per attendant, credit customers, vouchers and invoices.
- Fuel stock in the tanks: deliveries, dips and an alert when the gap exceeds your threshold.
- Shop: oils, gas and accessories sold on the tablet with a ticket, stock and low-stock alerts.
- Several stations: consolidated network view and accounting exports.
