MediScope is a DICOM image viewer for research, education and evaluation. It is designed for learning about medical imaging and for developing and testing medical software. It runs on iPhone, iPad and Mac computers with Apple silicon. Note: This app is not a medical device. Do not use it for diagnosis, treatment or any other medical purpose. IMPORT Import DICOM files, folders and DICOMDIR media from the Files app Search a PACS (C-FIND) and retrieve studies to your device (C-GET / C-MOVE), with connection tests (C-ECHO) and a communication log Correct display and search of Japanese patient names (ISO 2022 IR 87 and more) Try it right away with the built-in sample images (CT and MR from public datasets) VIEWING Major modalities including CR, DX, CT, MR, US, MG and RF Window width/level, zoom, pan, rotate, flip and invert Switch between VOI LUT, Sigmoid and multiple windows stored in the file; CT window presets Cine playback and frame stepping for multi-frame images Tile view of a series with linked window width/level 2×2 mammography layout with matched laterality and views Overlays (60xx) and GSPS annotations (text and graphics) Corner annotations configurable per modality, and a full DICOM tag list Uncompressed, JPEG Lossless, JPEG Baseline and RLE PRIVACY Images and data stay on your device and the PACS you configure; nothing is sent to the developer App Lock with Face ID / Touch ID / passcode MEDISCOPE PRO (monthly or yearly subscription) The free version allows 1 PACS destination and up to 10 studies on the device. MediScope Pro adds: Any number of PACS destinations Patient-level search No limit on the number of studies on the device MediScope Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
