PAY YOUR BILL IN SECONDS
• See the amount to pay and the due date the moment you open the app.
• Pay the full balance from your mobile wallet (Kaafi or Ebirr where your water office has switched them on). You approve the payment in your wallet; the app never sees your wallet PIN.
• Confirm every payment with your own app PIN or your fingerprint.
• Get an instant receipt you can share or download as a PDF.
EVERY BILL, CLEARLY EXPLAINED
• Bills are listed by Ethiopian month and year, with the Gregorian month next to them.
• Each bill shows the water you used, the rate per m³ from your tariff, meter rent, service fee and sewerage — and what is paid and still due.
• See what is current and what is past due at a glance.
• Download a yearly statement for your records.
KNOW YOUR WATER USE
• Monthly usage charts for the last 6 or 12 months.
• Compare any two months and see the same months a year earlier.

SAFE AND PRIVATE
• Sign in with a one-time SMS code; payments need your app PIN.
• Only water accounts registered to your phone number can be added to your app.
• Your data stays with your city's water utility. No ads, no tracking.
Biyo Pay works with the water utilities that offer it, starting with Gode and Degehabur, with more cities in the Somali Region joining soon. Your water account must be registered with your city's water office; ask them to add your phone number if the app does not find your account.
