Kasir Pos is a point-of-sale and inventory app for small shops, food stalls, cafés and other small businesses. Every feature is free: no ads, no subscription, no in-app purchases. Your data stays on your device and the app works without an internet connection.
FAST CHECKOUT
• Tap a product to add it to the cart. Scan barcodes with the camera or a Bluetooth/USB scanner.
• Custom items for services or products you haven't added yet.
• Sell by amount: "Rp 10.000 worth" becomes the right number of kilos or liters.
• Discounts per item and per sale, automatic wholesale prices, and extra units such as box or pack.
• Held orders per table and split bills.
• Paid options and toppings, such as spice level, size or extra cheese.
• Order type (dine in, take away, delivery) and order source, such as a delivery app or WhatsApp.
• Tax, service charge, rounding and your own category order.
PAYMENTS
• Cash, QRIS, bank transfer, cards, e-wallets, or a mix. Change is calculated for you.
• Show your store's QRIS image on the payment screen so the customer can scan it.
• Underpayments are recorded as customer debt.
RECEIPTS AND LABELS
• Print on Bluetooth LE thermal printers (ESC/POS, 58 or 80 mm). Classic Bluetooth printers can't be used with iPhone and iPad.
• Share receipts as an image or PDF, or send them to the customer's WhatsApp.
• Set your logo, address, footer and font size. The customer's address can be printed for deliveries.
• Kitchen / checker tickets without prices, with rack locations.
• Cup labels on 58 mm sticker paper: one sticker per cup with queue number, item and options.
• Open a cash drawer connected to the printer.
DEBT BOOK
• Unpaid and paid debts, searchable by customer or receipt number.
• Partial payments and payment history.
• Send a reminder to the customer's WhatsApp with the receipts and the amount owed.
OPEN AND CLOSE THE REGISTER
• Opening cash, drawer count, difference and a closing report.
STOCK, RECIPES AND PURCHASES
• Every stock movement is recorded, so the stock report matches a physical count.
• Purchases from suppliers recalculate the average cost. Suppliers and unpaid purchases are tracked.
• Stock counts, stock history, and a daily reminder when stock runs low or items are about to expire.
• Recipes and ingredients: each item sold uses up its ingredients, and its cost comes from the ingredient prices.
• Variants, product photos, barcodes and expiry dates.
• Starter product templates for a coffee shop, food stall and grocery stall.
• Import hundreds of products at once from Excel or CSV.
REPORTS AND MONEY
• Sales, gross profit and net profit per day, week or month.
• Profit and loss with margin per product.
• Sales by product, category, payment method, cashier, customer and order source.
• Expenses and other income.
• Wallets: separate balances for the cash drawer, QRIS and bank account, with transfers.
• Cash flow: opening balance, money in and out, and closing balance.
• Excel (.xlsx) export, PDF reports and a shareable summary card.
• Today's sales widget on the Home Screen and Lock Screen.
CUSTOMERS AND MEMBERS
• Customer list, wholesale pricing per customer and member points.
• Send your price list on WhatsApp as text, an image or a PDF.
STAFF AND SECURITY
• Cashier accounts with their own PIN and permissions, for example hiding cost and profit.
• Forgot the owner PIN? Unlock with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode.
YOUR DATA
• Automatic daily backups in the Files app, plus manual backup and restore.
• No account and no server of ours. Data only goes to your own iCloud if you turn on sync.
• Optional iCloud sync between iPhone and iPad with the same Apple ID.
