Lens offers helpful guidance to support your decisions. VET VISIT RECORDER Record your appointment and Warm Trail transcribes it, then turns it into a plain-English summary of medications and follow-ups. No more trying to remember everything the vet said on the drive home. THE VAULT Keep vet records, vaccination certificates and a vet ledger organized and easy to find. Scan paper records with your camera: pages are saved as one PDF and vaccines, due dates and visit details are read for you. Share Caregiver Keys with sitters so they have what they need, and create a lost-pet poster in moments if the worst happens. Warm Trail Premium unlocks care for your whole household and is available as an auto-renewing subscription at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
