Use your POTS Tracker account in Safari to record symptoms, confirm medications, and review recent patterns before your next appointment.
POTS symptoms can be hard to recall between appointments. POTS Tracker keeps quick daily check-ins on your Mac, in the same POTS Tracker account you use on your phone.
What you can do
- View today's medication and supplement schedule.
- Mark a scheduled dose taken.
- Record several symptoms in one check-in.
- Give each symptom its own 1 to 10 severity and private note.
- Review seven-day medication and symptom patterns before you talk with your care team.
- Open your account on the web.
- Disconnect and remove extension access at any time.
Safari reminder behavior
Safari does not expose the extension notification API, so the extension does not request notification or idle permissions. Scheduled medication reminders stay in the POTS Tracker mobile app, and the Safari settings screen says so.
Private by default
Sign in on the secure CareClinic website that hosts POTS Tracker accounts, using your POTS Tracker email and password. Sign in with Apple from the POTS Tracker app does not work on that website, so if you created your account with Sign in with Apple, contact support before using the extension. Site access is requested only after a first-run explanation and is limited to start.careclinic.io. The extension does not read other websites, browsing history, passwords, cookie values, downloads, location, camera, or microphone. Health snapshots stay in session-only extension storage.
