Rocco and his friends fight turn by turn against cockroaches, a cheese professor and a cat who sleeps most of the time. No ads and no in-app purchases. Mutant Mice is a turn-based role-playing game for iPhone and iPad. Rocco is a sewer mouse who thinks he's the coolest of them all. He picks three of his ten teammates and heads out to fight cockroaches, lab rats, plants with teeth and a cat who sleeps most of the time. Every fight is worth a little thought. You choose who stands in front and who stays in the back, which weapon Rocco carries and in what order to use each attack. Fire beats ice, ice beats electricity and electricity beats fire. Some attacks combine. If a move isn't a good idea, the game says so with a short hint. What's inside: • 5 chapters with their bosses, scenes between chapters and a hidden mode. • 10 teammates and 9 weapons, each with its own way of fighting, plus 2 suits of armor. • The Ratdex, with every enemy you've met. • The Playground, with short minigames (brushing Tito's teeth, Prof. Lens's class, get-moving challenges) and a sticker album. • English and Spanish. • Progress is saved in iCloud and carries over to the family's other iPhone or iPad. Mutant Mice is a slow game: made like slow food, with no rush and no tricks to keep kids playing longer than they should. It has no ads, no in-app purchases, no loot boxes, no streaks that punish and no notifications asking them to come back. Skipping a day costs nothing. In the Parents' Corner, behind a PIN, a grown-up chooses how long to play each day. When time is up, the game lets the fight finish and the mice go to sleep. The next day, play picks up where it left off. There you can also give in-game gold for things done at home, like homework or helping out, and choose the grade and subjects for Prof. Lens's class.
