Mac

ustPlan keeps the Mac on one screen until today's list is written. When the list is in, you get the computer back. You choose 1 to 5 items a day. The first run starts at 3. Each item needs 2 to 80 characters. The menu bar shows how many are left. If the bar is too crowded to see the icon, click MustPlan in the Dock. That opens the Today window, where you check items off, add another, or change settings. The first launch is an ordinary window, and the Mac stays usable while you set it up. You pick the daily count, whether MustPlan opens at login, and a skip password of at least 4 characters. The password stays on this Mac. Use it when you cannot write. The gate stays down for 30 minutes, the day is not marked finished, and the next unlock asks again. Reminders and Calendar are optional. Leave the time blank and MustPlan adds a date-only reminder and an all-day event. Set a time, such as 9:00, and the reminder alarms then. The calendar event runs 30 minutes, from 9:00 to 9:30. Submit the same day again and the new items replace the previous reminders and events. MustPlan is free for 2 days, then a one-time unlock keeps the daily gate. If the trial ends and you do not buy it, the Mac stays usable. The gate comes back after you unlock.
