workoutcatは、毎日の運動を記録して、消費カロリーが分かる運動記録アプリです。黒猫と一緒に、無理なく運動を続けられます。
【主な機能】
・運動の記録
ウォーキング、ジョギング、サイクリング、筋トレ、テニスの時間を入力すると、体重に合わせた消費カロリーを自動で計算します。
・週間・月間の振り返り
1週間の運動の進み具合を確認できます。カレンダーで、運動した日をひと目でチェックできます。
・目標設定
1日・1週間の目標を、運動の種類と時間、またはカロリーで設定できます。目標のカロリーを食べ物に置き換えて表示するので、イメージしやすくなります。
・基礎代謝の表示
体重・身長・年齢・性別から、1日の基礎代謝の目安を表示します。
