■ For customers
• Search by area or name, or open the map and see who is around you.
• Every barber's state is on the card: free now, or busy until a given time.
• "Cut me now": finds the nearest barber who can start right away.
• Prices and durations are written before you book — no surprises.
• Pick your service and a slot that is genuinely open.
• Your ticket carries a code the barber scans when you arrive.
• We remind you before your appointment, and you can move or cancel it in the app.
• Waitlist: if a day is full, take a place and we tell you when one frees up.
• A loyalty card with each barber that turns into a free cut or a discount.
• Rate the visit afterwards, and report anything that went wrong.

We ask for your location to show you who is nearest, and you can refuse and pick your area by hand. We ask for the camera and photos when you upload a picture or scan an arrival code. You can delete your account from inside the app whenever you want.
The app speaks Arabic and English, and serves the Sultanate of Oman.
