toutdoux is the to-do app you don't have to learn. One list, just one, as beautiful as the rest of your Mac. Write it down, check it off, that's it.
NOTED IN TWO SECONDS
Wherever you are, press Option + Space. A bubble appears, you type, Return. Noted, and you never left what you were doing.
YOUR LIST, ALWAYS IN SIGHT
• A desktop widget: check tasks off in one click, without opening the app.
• A little sheep in the menu bar to glance at your list.
• Done tasks stay crossed out until the next morning, then clear themselves. No cleanup.
JUST WHAT YOU NEED
• Three priorities, not one more: Critical, Important, When Possible. The list sorts itself.
• A due date if you want one, with or without a time: "Today, 5:00 PM", "Tomorrow". Red when overdue.
• Recurring tasks: every day, certain weekdays, or every month.
• Long-press a task to move it by hand.
• iCloud sync across your Macs.

• On the horizon: a far-off date waits below the list, counting down, and only joins it a few days before.
• Events: a concert, a vacation, a hackathon aren't tasks to check off. They stay on the horizon, show as "Ongoing" when the day comes, and can last several days: drag across the calendar from the first day to the last.
• New widget: the next twelve months, your events as sticky notes, with an emoji and a color guessed from the title. Click the emoji circle to pick another.
• Works on macOS 15.
