Import each song’s stems and route drums, bass, keys, vocals and other parts to separate audio-interface outputs. Send click, count-in and spoken song cues only to the musicians’ in-ear mix while the audience hears a clean performance feed. BUILD THE SHOW • Arrange songs into performance-ready setlists • Move automatically between songs when the show requires it • Add song sections and edit regions on the timeline • Create volume automation for precise transitions REHEARSE WITH PURPOSE Start from any section with a fresh count-in. Work on an intro, chorus, solo or ending without repeatedly running the whole song. MIX AND ROUTE Control channel, output and master levels from the live mixer. Use interfaces from 2 to 256 channels, apply up to +12 dB of gain and protect the master bus with the built-in limiter. CONTROL THE STAGE Trigger songs with a MIDI pedal, keyboard or computer shortcut. Stage Lock helps prevent accidental edits during a performance, while safe recovery protects the show if an audio interface disconnects. Backline is designed for bands, musical directors, drummers, worship teams, solo performers, theatre crews and stage technicians who need dependable tracks without placing a full studio session onstage.
