Transcription runs on your device, without sending audio or text to AI servers. No account, no ads and no usage tracking. Once the required models have been downloaded, you can transcribe offline.

When Apple Intelligence is available and enabled, on-device text improvement refines punctuation and paragraph breaks to make your transcripts easier to read. You can still transcribe, save, edit and export without this optional feature.

Available in English, Italian, German, Spanish and French. The app and transcription use your iPhone’s preferred language when supported, with English as the fallback.
Requires iOS 26 or later and on-device transcription support for your device and language. An internet connection is required for the initial model download. Importing files from cloud services may also require a connection. Text improvement requires Apple Intelligence to be set up and available for your device and language.
