PROPERTY, BUILDING AND FLOOR
Version 1.2.0 includes fourteen properties and 180 selectable buildings across several districts of Beijing, China. Search property names, aliases, cities or districts, and select a building, section and available floor.
SEE LIGHT CHANGE THROUGH THE DAY
Rotate, zoom or tap the building model. Scrub the time slider directly below it or play the day to see sunlight direction, illustrative shadows and the current direct-sunlight state.
COMPARE TWO SOLSTICES
View approximate direct-sunlight durations, intervals and blocking buildings. The fixed reference dates are December 21, 2025 and June 21, 2026. All displayed times use Beijing time (UTC+8), regardless of download region.
OFFLINE ANALYSIS AND SHARING
No account or sign-in is required. Core calculations run on-device and selections are saved per property. Share summaries with the system share sheet and suggest missing properties using a support email draft that you confirm sending. A Usage Guide is available on the home screen.
The interface is in Simplified Chinese. China and U.S. downloads have the same features and bundled Beijing data. The app does not include U.S. properties or worldwide property search. Requires iOS / iPadOS 17 or later.
These are approximate facade-level estimates from simplified building models, not certified window daylight assessments, planning-compliance determinations or property guarantees. Each property's information screen explains its model coverage, sources and limitations. Yuanxi north and south are explicitly labelled as approximate models.
