Dating CRM is a personal organizer for the people you’re getting to know. Keep the details that matter in one thoughtful place, without an account.
SEE YOUR PEOPLE
A compact board brings your connections together with headshots and four stages: Chatting, Date Planned, 1st Date, and 2nd Date+. Drag cards between stages without changing priority, or vertically within a stage to reorder them. One global Priority list stays consistent across the app.
START WITH A SCREENSHOT
Choose a profile screenshot, review the recognized details, adjust the headshot, and save. Keep the original screenshot for reference. Prefer to type? Start with a name and add details yourself.
REMEMBER WHAT MATTERS
Save notes, memories, conversations, dates, and follow-ups. Add updates in your own words and review every suggested change before it is saved. Relationship stages and priority always stay under your control.
CATCH ME UP
Get a concise view of saved details before you meet. On supported iPhones, Apple Intelligence can help select relevant information and suggest details. Basic suggestions and saved highlights remain available when AI is unavailable or cannot finish. Always review suggestions for accuracy.

Track upcoming dates and reminders in Today. Search saved details, archive connections, and restore them later.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
This version stores your records on your iPhone and processes screenshot recognition and optional AI suggestions on-device. No signup or advertising. Optional usage sharing is off by default and helps improve the app; saved names, notes, photos, screenshots, and date details are never included. You can turn sharing off in Settings. Notifications are optional. Account sync and Google Calendar integration are not included in this version.
Dating CRM is a personal organizer, not a matching service or dating coach. iOS 18 or later is required. Optional Apple Intelligence features require a supported device and Apple Intelligence availability.
