Dynamics and pedal marks - A new recognition model reads dynamics (p, f, and more), hairpins (crescendo and decrescendo), and pedal marks - They appear on the score and are reflected in playback (how loud notes are, and notes held with the pedal) Re-read your scores with the latest model - In the Library, touch and hold a score and choose Re-read with Latest Model to read it again from the photos you imported - The new copy is added to your Library as "title (Re-read)". The original stays as it is, including your edits - Re-reading has no page limit and no video ads Tempo from the score - The tempo printed on the score (M.M. = 120, Allegro, and so on) is read when you import. Check or change it on the Song info screen - Tempo 100% in playback now means the score's own tempo - Sudden tempo changes later in the piece (a new Allegro or M.M. = mark, Tempo I, and so on) are followed from that measure Choose your piano sound - In Settings → Sound, download a grand piano or a concert grand piano in addition to the built-in upright piano - Each comes in a standard and a high-quality edition (size after installing: grand piano about 480 MB / 970 MB, concert grand piano about 460 MB / 920 MB) Choose the app language - Russian, Polish, Thai, Dutch, Swedish, and Hindi have been added, for 20 languages in all - Pick the language for the app in Settings → App Language. It switches right away Scores stay unlocked longer - After watching one ad, a locked score can be opened without ads for 72 hours (previously 24 hours) - Importing is unchanged: up to 3 pages per import are read without ads. From the 4th page, watch one ad per page to keep going

See the original image up close - In Review results and Edit, tap the original image on a card to open it full screen - It opens zoomed in on the selected note (or measure), marked with an orange dashed frame - Pinch or double-tap to zoom, drag to move, and switch between the whole page and the selected note - When a note is selected, the card shows only the staff (upper or lower) that contains it, larger Ads, to keep CPianoS free - Ads now appear in the Library and on the Import screen - Opening a score may take one ad (a lock icon shows on the shelf). After that, open it without ads as often as you like for 24 hours. Scores you just imported open right away - Up to 3 pages per import are read without ads. From the 4th page, watch one ad per page to keep going (internet connection required) - The app asks for tracking permission at launch. In the EEA, the UK, and some other regions, you can change your ad consent in Settings > Privacy Settings - Recognition still runs on your device, and your scores and practice history never leave it

A simpler Import screen - Tap Photos, Camera, or Files to open the photo picker, the camera, or the file picker - When you finish choosing photos or a file, you go straight to checking the pages - Choose from photo library on the Home screen now opens the photo picker directly
