Write down why you bought and your take-profit and stop-loss lines. StockNote reminds you to revisit your reasoning when the price hits a line or a review date arrives.
StockNote is a stock journal for recording your investment decisions. When you buy, write down your reason along with take-profit and stop-loss levels; from then on, the app remembers and reminds you. When the price hits a rule line or a review date arrives, StockNote asks you to look back at your original judgment, so every entry and exit has a record to compare against.
[Record your reason]
• Enter a Taiwan stock code or name, or a US ticker; the current price is filled in as the record price
• Write down why you're recording the stock — it's shown word for word when you're reminded
• Optionally add your actual purchase price to see your real return
[Percentage-based alerts]
• Set take-profit and stop-loss percentages (e.g. +15% / −8%)
• Get a push notification after market close when the price hits a rule line
• Periodic reviews (e.g. every 30 days) ask: does your reason still hold?
[Review your discipline]
• When you record an exit, note whether you followed your own rules
• Discipline score: compare the average return of exits that followed your rules with those that didn't
• Reason check: look back at whether each reason held up
