Shihab brings your favorite restaurants together in one app: browse the full menu with photos and prices, order for delivery or pickup, and follow your order every step of the way. Got a question? The restaurant's AI assistant answers right away.
For customers

• Make it yours: size, extras, spice level and a note for the kitchen.
• Delivery to your area or pickup from the branch, now or at a time you choose.
• The restaurant calculates your total and delivery fee before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
• Track your order live: received, being prepared, on the way, delivered.
• Ask the restaurant's assistant about the menu, offers and delivery areas, and get a person from the restaurant whenever you need one.
• No account, no password: open the app and order. Your cart and your orders stay saved on your phone.

Shihab now supports iOS 18 and later. This update improves the conversation inbox with unread filters and channel badges, adds more staff actions for customer messages and alerts, improves reservation navigation, and adds selectable new-order notification sounds. It also includes reliability and usability fixes throughout the app.
