Nizamna is a POS and management app for shops and workshops. It works with your business's Nizamna account.
Sign in to your business, pick a branch, and open the screens your role allows. The look is new: a calm paper-toned design, in light or dark, in Arabic or English.
At the counter
• Sell by scanning a barcode or IMEI, with shifts and a blind cash count at closing
• Split one sale across several payment methods
• Print or share the receipt
Devices and repairs
• Follow every repair on a board by its stage, from intake to pickup
• Photograph the device at intake; no work starts before the customer approves, and no handover without matching the device
• Quality check and warranty returns
Money
• Record expenses with date and category; large amounts wait for a manager's approval
• See what each customer owes and record what they pay; track cheques
• Statements for the year to date: profit and loss, balance sheet and trial balance
For more kinds of business
• Ready-made templates add their own screens, such as bookings, tables and follow-ups, and every business can rename things in its own words
• Two-step verification for owners and anyone who can change roles or exports
• Staff roles and permissions are enforced by the server, and each business's data is kept apart from every other business's
