editPDF fills PDF forms on your Mac. Click a blank and type. Your text lands on the line or in the table cell, sized to fit. It works on scanned forms that have no form fields, in Chinese and English.
Click to fill. editPDF finds the blank under the cursor, a ruled line, a table cell, or a box, and places your text on it. Hold Option to type anywhere.
Tick a box with one click. Draw your signature once and place it on any form. Add a date stamp, or white out existing text to correct a form.
Save Filled Copy writes a flattened PDF next to the original. The original file is never modified. If the original was password-protected, the filled copy opens with the same password.
editPDF collects no data. It has no network access, no accounts, and no analytics. Everything you open, type, or draw stays on your Mac.
