THE COMMISSION, FOR YOU • In the Dominican Republic, Instadigs gives you back 100% of the broker commission the developer pays, credited to your property after the down payment. • In the United States, 100% of Instadigs' commission comes back to you as a credit at closing, where state law allows it.
