FIND OUT WHAT HELPS
• Tag your sleep: alcohol, stuffy nose, late meal, side sleeping, nose strip, mouthguard and more.
• Remedy test: pick one remedy and Nocto plans which nights to use it, then shows if you snored less.
• Snore nudge (Nocto+): a soft sound when loud snoring keeps going, so you may turn over. Off unless you turn it on.
