each morning there is one quiet act waiting for you. let someone go first. ask how their day is going. leave a kind note. tap it to read more, hold it when it’s done.
not every day will be possible. skipping honestly is part of the practice, too. an honest pause stays in your book as an open circle, and nothing is lost.
YOUR BOOK every day leaves a mark. done days fill in, the things you notice become small photographs, the lines you write become its pages. ninety days, three seasons: sprout, leaf, fruit. each with its own colour.
A LETTER EVERY WEEK at the end of each week, a short letter about what you did and what you noticed. write back if you want: a few gentle questions, one line is enough, every one skippable.
THREE DIRECTIONS swipe right to notice something in nature and keep it. the photo is not the practice. the looking is. swipe left to breathe, for one minute, three, five, or as long as you need. swipe up to read your book.
THE END OF THE NINETY DAYS on the last day, the whole book fills in, one day at a time, and your first line sits beside your last. keep it as a pdf, or share a journal with someone you trust: a friend, a therapist, yourself a year from now.
