Lemedix Mobile is the field app of the Lemedix lab operations platform. Clinical labs use it to run mobile phlebotomy at skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
Your lab sets up your account. Sign in with the work email your lab gave you.
For phlebotomists:
• See today's route, with STAT orders at the top and stops in order
• Get dispatch notices and acknowledge a STAT in one tap
• Clock in and out, take timed meal and rest breaks
• Check in at a facility and see the tubes and send-outs you need before you walk in
• Confirm the patient's full name and date of birth before any draw
• Mark each tube as collected, or record why a patient was not collected
• Collect the nurse's signature on the phone at check-out
• Hand off samples to another phlebotomist or a courier
• Log drops at the lab and at reference labs
• Find any patient by name, date of birth or accession number
• Review your week: hours, meals and breaks
Built for the field:
• Works with a weak signal. Each action is saved on the phone first and sent when the connection comes back.
• Location is shared only while you are clocked in, and stops when you clock out.
• Patient information is cleared from the phone when you clock out.
